Special Occasions
If you are planning an event to mark a special occasion, look no further than Dovecote Events. Our exclusive venue provides a wonderful setting to mark that big moment, whether it's a momentous birthday, a special wedding anniversary, or simply joining together with your friends and family, then Dovecote Barn or our magical tipi might just be the venue for you. Our in-house catering and bar team provide a bespoke service and with your very own event coordinator assigned, you'll be safe in the knowledge that your event will run seamlessly from start to finish.
Tipi Events
Dovecote Events' very own giant tipi makes the most inspired setting where you really can create an event like no other. Being one of only a small amount in the country, our exclusive tipi can accommodate either 120 for a formally seated event or up to 200 for something a little more relaxed. Complete with a wooden walkway, wooden flooring throughout, oak doors, outside shelters, fire pits, a bar, toilets, a chillout room, beautiful views and sprinkled with magical lighting inside and out, your tipi event will be something you and your guests will never forget.
Wakes
An intimate setting, with beautiful countryside for peaceful reflection. Dovecote Barn is exclusively yours for gatherings of between 30 and 100 people.
Wake package
Venue hire for 2024 starts from £800 to include:
- Exclusive hire of Dovecote Barn for a four hour period from either 12pm to 4pm or 1pm to 5pm.
- Use of adjacent bar area, walled courtyard and gardens.
- Fully serviced bar operating throughout your event.
- All necessary furniture including tables, chairs and two easels
- Event coordinator.
- Built in speakers for background music.
- Free parking.
Catering starts from £35 per person and is provided by our superb in-house catering team.
Prices are inclusive of VAT.
